Last Tuesday I attended the Saks Fifth Avenue SS12 fashion show at DIFC. I loved most of the looks, they were very colorful and my favorite part was the excessive use of Christian Louboutin shoes for both Men & Women! I really loved the D&G mint skirt and all of the Diane Von Furstenberg clothes, they were very colorful and fit for an amazing SS12 ensemble. For men, I liked the use of the colorful Kenzo blazers to create multiple color blocked looks, some were overly done but some were perfectly blocked. I must say though, I think the high light of the evening was when one of the female models fell on the runway (you don't get to see that every day! only on Youtube!) because the shoes were too high for her, but I absolutely adored the way she lifted herself up, smiled and kept walking like a professional should do- loved it! This should be followed, always lift yourself up with grace if you fall down and don't be a sourpuss!
